Dennis Ryan, DPM

Dennis Ryan, DPM, is a practiced board-certified podiatric surgeon, podiatrist, and foot and ankle surgeon at Methuen Podiatry Associates LLP. Dr. Ryan provides outstanding care to patients in and around Methuen, Massachusetts, and greater Essex county. Dr. Ryan graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in New York City. It’s the oldest and second-largest podiatric medical school in the United States and offers state-of-the-art classroom instruction and clinical training. Moving states post-graduation, Dr. Ryan completed his surgical training at Cambridge Hospital (CHA Cambridge Hospital) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, between Inman Square and Harvard Square. It is one of three hospitals part of Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA). Dr. Ryan is certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). He takes great pride in the level of trust patients and their families have placed in him over the years. At the same time, he strives to evolve as a provider, offering the most advanced treatments for a wide variety of foot and ankle issues.

Abinash Mishra, DPM

Dr. Mishra spent most of his childhood in the Boston area. He graduated from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami and completed his residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn. He has done volunteer work in Bangalore, India, treating diabetic foot patients and educating them on the dangers of diabetes and foot ulcers. He also was involved in wound image research and analysis at the University of Michigan Medical School with Dr. James Wrobel. He is a co-author on several highly cited publications on wound image analysis and its applications toward the development of wound healing prediction models. Dr. Mishra’s current clinical interests include diabetic foot care and limb preservation. He also does biomechanical evaluations and fitting for custom orthotics. Dr. Mishra’s hobbies include music, travel, and photography. He likes singing 80s or classic rock. He loves Northern European travel and has recently travelled to Munich, Salzburg, and Stockholm.

Rachel Rick, DNP, APRN-BC, WCC, OMS,

Rachel Rick is a highly accomplished board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced wound and ostomy care. She began her clinical journey at Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She furthered her expertise at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) in Boston, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practice.

Driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, Dr. Rick earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the prestigious MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is board-certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-BC) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and holds specialized certifications through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO).

With years of dedicated experience, Dr. Rick has managed complex chronic and acute care wounds across the Mass General Brigham network, serving patients at both Salem Hospital and Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She is eager to bring her specialized podiatric and wound care services to the community, providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment to those in need.

Outside of her professional practice, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and is a passionate advocate for bulldog animal rescue. Having grown up in Hawaii, she frequently travels back to the islands to reconnect with her childhood home.
